Love my Koloa Bamboo shades in my dining room on the french doors and windows. Didn't know what to do for window treatments. Get a ton of sun from west facing doors and windows. They provide privacy and protection from the sun and can easily raise for light. Loved all the choices of different colors and textures too! They look great and way expensive.

I ordered 6 of these shades with the light blocking liner for a nursery. The blinds look wonderful and were easy to install. We did an inside mount, which still allows a tiny bit of light to come in around the edges but overall they do a great job keeping the room dark.

Just follow Blind Chalet's measuring instructions, check twice, and they do the rest. Blind Chalet's installation brackets and design are the best I have ever seen for any kind of blind. It makes installation so much easier, especially if you're familiar with the door-closing brackets that come with cheap faux wood blinds. Installation took about 5-10 minutes for each blind (most of that time was trying to get the previous brackets out of the window frame). After getting the previous brackets out, it only took about 2 minutes to install each blind. They fit perfectly and work just like I had imagined. And by far, these are the best bamboo blinds I have ever seen. They are well constructed and have an easy-installation design. I highly recommend this website and will use again. I do think that the shipping packaging could be better, i.e., boxes instead of foam wrapping. But my package was received unharmed, so I can't complain too much. Thank You!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
