My husband installed the Eclipse shutter in our guest bedroom a couple weeks ago. We did the measuring. It was easy to speak with the company to make sure we were measuring correctly. The shutter came with two metal brackets so we bought two more for the other corners. He didn’t Need to use the glue, caulking or rubber mallet. We like the looks of the Eclipse shutter so much that we placed an order for four more shutters. The company will include enough metal brackets to place one at each corner. This may not be necessary but we want to have a bracket in each corner. We have only had our first Eclipse shutter a short time so cannot say how they will hold up. If I remember correctly the shutters come with a warranty. However, we ordered a mini blind about 3 years ago for our daughter and it came without any flaws and still looks great. We feel this is a good company to work with.

These Shutters fit, function and are very beautiful. Recommend installing a screw at the top of each hinge for additional support. Be sure to very carefully measure the window opening as the dimensions can and often do vary in width and height. Great product and decorator look upgrade for double hung windows.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
