Ordering was very easy, we ordered off the samples and the color/texture was right on! Blinds were ordered during the Christmas holiday, so took a bit longer but well worth the wait. The ONLY complaint I have is that the cord is not color matched to the blinds, giving them a less custom look. But other than that, they are great. It took us about 20-min to install two windows so that was very good.

These blinds are great - they look great, work fine and are easy to install. I worked with another company that came to the house and measured for me but they were pricey. Then I figured I could do the measuring and installation myself - and I saved almost 50% with Blinds Chalet. Also, the order came within 3 -4 weeks and I am still waiting for the other company - it has been 3 months.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
