Love these black out shades. They look nice up or down and were not difficult to install. I purchased them for 2 bedrooms and was worried that the room would not be dark enough but these shades came through.

I was very happy with the quality of the blinds and the prompt service but was disappointed with the lengths of all 4 of the blinds. They were 1/2" too short when fully extended. I followed the online instructions to measure, providing the exact measurements, with the assurance that appropriate adjustments would be made. I have to stretch the blinds, hoping that the folds would relax given time. I believe that the factory should have added the 1/2", or advise self-installer to add an extra inch to ensure the blinds would be beautifully hung instead of stretched.

Very happy overall. Just the color looks more off-white on picture but it really is white white, if you are unsere of color I would recommend to order the free samples.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
