Product is excellent. Ordered the 9/16" blackouts as the price for the 3/8 I felt was too much. All in all we ordered I blieve 20 blinds of which only the two for the doors were 3/8".Shipping was quick as well.

The shades are wonderful. It's great that it has no cords especially since we have a toddler running around. And it blocks out the sun very well, too. My only complaint is that one handle of the shades was missing. I did send an email to customer service but never heard back. With a my busy schedule, I didn't have the chance to call the company. Even this review is a year after I had purchased the shades.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
