Glad I found this website. I've been slowly adding this blind to many windows in my house. It's a great product for a great price! Only complaint is that no instructions come with the delivery. I had to look them up on the website, which had them in tiny print. After the 1st go around, I learned how to do them without instructions.

I have not totally completed hanging all of my blinds, but in the process as I comple major rehabilitation of my house. The packaging of how they were shipped was excellent. All blinds are very well marked for placement and given instructions. Quality is beautiful!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
