Blinds were of good quality. The blind slats and controls lines could have been a bit thicker. One of the blinds received had a torn control line but Blinds Chalet had it replace w/o a problem. Would purchase from Blinds Chalet again should the need arise.

I received my blinds a few days ago.I ordered online for my living room due to the odd measurements of the windows. We only purchased this house a few months ago.It was a custom built home from the late 70's and a bachelor built it.We loved all the windows in the home but never thought about what to do to cover an update. And I hadn't done anything for window treatments. I had been so worried about ordering online as well as if they would arrive in good shape from shipping. I am so pleased they arrived in perfect condition. Fit to a T, my husband hung them in just a few minutes. They made all the world of difference. I will be ordering more in the days and months to come.Thanks!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
