I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be one. The last two shipments have each had a damaged blind in it. The first was a dent in the mounting frame and the second one was a much larger dent in the top frame to the point of a crease and about 6 of the slats were dented. The slats weren't noticeable once hung unless scrutinizing it and the header we were able to bent it back just enough to barely make it work. Once the trim went on you couldn't tell which is why I didn't say anything. Both were shipping related damages. Being that I'm reselling these homes I'm not overly picky provided that I can make the blinds work. Aside from that I've been very satisfied.

Outstanding experience. From beginning to end. Waiting for and email from customer service. To see if the Manufacturer can make one full valance for my 39x64 blinds. Was laid up in hospital bed and had my son and wife do measuring. Other isle excellent product!

I really like them and they look nice and work well.
A couple of comments. They were cut so close to the dimensions they barely made it past the screw heads of the brackets. The other thing is that they j u s t fit the length, so when I tilt them they are up from the bottom just a little. At the top the strings start the first slat down a bit, so the light comes through... almost an inch when they are fully tilted. The last thing is that I was sent the incorrect clips for mounting the valances. I have an inside mount...so there is no way to slide the ones I have... They said they would send them, but it's been over a two weeks..maybe they will still come.
I really like having the controls on the same sides since I have corner windows. They do really look nice and work easily.

Blinds are beautiful, thank you! Installed with no problems. A few suggestions for future customers:
-The instructions were really tiny and not the easiest to follow visually. Maybe consider reformatting, upping the font and putting on a larger paper?
They also didn't include instructions on tie-downs bracket installation or what to do with spacers (I know these things are more than obvious to you guys, but to the average novice blind-installer we want to make sure we're doing everything exactly right!)
Thats it, otherwise very happy. Oh one more thing - not sure if a spacer exists for tie-down brackets but I ran into that problem due to the molding around the window of our french doors. (I jimmy-rigged it but it looks ridiculous).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
