We just got our blinds in & put them up we love them & we are about to place another order for the rest of our windows. The only problem we had was with one of them it's just a little maybe 1/2" off like the cord holding the slats are shorter on the left than they are on the right making it look cocked to one side but it's not too bad my wife said it was ok so that's all that matters but just wanted to let y'all know about it. Thanks.

Blinds are of a very good quality. Only issue was with the communication. The status of the order is not usually updated and we have to talk to someone to know the status.
Customer Service is based on the agent we talk to. Once, we spoke with someone who did not help at all. Then we spoke with Shannon. She was extremely helpful. Updated the status, handled the issue we had, prompt in her response.
Overall, based on the quality of the product and the service we received from Shannon, i'm extremely pleased and ordered from Blinds Chalet twice.

I am very satisfied with my new blinds. They fit perfect - length & width. Installation was certainly a challenge. There were no paper instructions and when I got the instructions off the internet they were printed so small we could not read them even when I tried to reconfigure the printer. I would have like to have a paper instruction sheet. We had trouble putting the valance on. Those little plastic pieces that hooked on the valance kept popping off when we would try to fit it in and we almost ran out of them due to so many being sprung when they popped out. Other wise we got them up and have recommended your web site to some friends.

The blinds are of top quality and excellent craftmanship. They were made precisely to our measurements and fit perfectly.
The only issue we did experience was three valances were broken when received. The small end pieces on the valances were broken off despite careful packaging. Since it is a minor issue, we have fixed them ourselves. However, by the manor in which the valances were packaged it is obviously a prior issue. And unfortunately still not corrected.

The only difficulty with installation is the fastening of the valance with the plastic clamps. A bit of a challenge to maneuver clamps and blinds simultaneously.
Overall we are very satisfied with the blinds looks and craftmanship.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
