The Color swatch I was sent was a little yellow, BUT the Blinds are not.
We have wood Paneling & they match the grain in the paneling Perfectly.

General quality was very good. I am quite pleased with the final installation. Getting there however was a little trying. On delivery one of the plastic corner pieces on the valence was cracked. However since these were to be installed in a corner I managed to just butt mount the two blinds and not need that piece. The brackets for the valence on these 3 1/2" blinds extend more than an extra inch out beyond the maximum pivot circumference. As this was a corner install I ultimately had to cut about 1" off these brackets in order to keep the valence at a more appealing distance from the wall. This required some extra handy work that should have been avoidable.

The blinds are very nice. They work well (vane rotation, closure, and so on).
The installation instructions were pretty good -- eight on a scale of 10 -- and much easier to read than the usual instructions I see with most products.
We're quite happy with them.
I had to wait until I had an afternoon free to do the installation, or I'd have answered this survey sooner.

I've ordered before and I am VERY happy with the product. Beautiful, great quality at a reasonable price you can afford!! A GREAT BIG PLUS IS THAT THEY ARE MADE IN THE USA!!!!!!!!(I wouldn't have purchased if they were made in China)

I would like to say that I really like the Aspen faux wood blinds that I purchased. I specifically asked though if the cords could be on the right hand side and the blinds open to the left. He said yes they could do that. Well, when I received them, they pull to the left but the cords are also on the left. I didn't call and speak to anyone about this because it really wasn't that big of a deal. It would have just been more handy for me if the cords would have been on the right.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
