First of all, your Customer Service Department was extremely helpful and the color samples I ordered came very quickly. The Roman shades I decided on arrived in about a week and I was so happy to see how beautiful they were. I was a little unsure about ordering "made-to-fit" shades, but they fit perfectly and the lacquer color is gorgeous. Everyone who sees them agrees they are perfect for our bay window, and they added the finishing touches to make our dining room beautiful. The 30% off coupon was an added bonus, making these window coverings a great bargain. Thanks Blind Chalet!

The silver rod on the bottom of the shade slid out during shipping and was very difficult to put back because of the glue.

The silver rod on the bottom of the shade slid out during shipping and was very difficult to put back because of the glue. My husband has to pry with a tiny tool to push the rod back in. Otherwise we are very please with the shade and they keep the light out completely.
