Installation: I installed my own blinds! These blinds exceeded our expectations! the packaging was excellent and out blinds were nothing short of perfect when we installed them. The installation was easy and we love them. Our requirement was 100.5 inch blind, hard to find. We will be buying another one soon for the other front room in our home!!! Installation: I installed my own blinds! The colour was true to the sample. I admit we were a little impatient waiting for the blinds (I think it took approx 2 weeks), but the quality and fit was beautiful. An extra slat was included. Installation: I installed my own blinds! The blinds are lovely. The customer service was also exceptional. There were 2 missing parts (not critical ones) with the original package. One phone call, and we were sent parts, one of which was incorrect. Another phone call, and the correct parts were sent in a few days.-----with apologies.
