Installation: I installed my own blinds! These shades were exactly what I wanted and needed. When I couldn't get my first color choice the office was quick to respond to resolve that issue. I got another color that worked very well. Easy to install - 2 person but easy. I recommend these shades and Blinds Chalet. Installation: I installed my own blinds! Excellent experience. Beautiful shades and well made. The color swatches online are an exact color so we were not disappointed with our choice. The installation was easier than the textured linen shades as there was a wingnut to secure the shade in place. Would definitely use Blinds Chalet again. Installation: I installed my own blinds! I purchased two roman shades on Feb-14th and they arrived earlier than expected. Before the purchased i spent 2 weekends into local vendors and blind providers around Houston area and budget and delivery time were so high that I got frustrated. Then I decided go to online and try with blind chalet. It was BETTER than expected. Shades are wonderful, shipping packing was excellent, shades finish, materials, size, lifting cord, everything is PERFECT. Nothing to envy the local vendors...Just one thing I did not like which I suggest to change is the screws included in the installation kit.
