The Platinum 2.5" blinds provide the stately look of plantation shutters at less than half the cost and offer a unique choice compared to the more ordinary 2" blinds. The larger slats allow for a wide-open view and let in a lot of light. The ordering process was extremely smooth, and the Blinds Chalet staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to answer my questions and accommodate my requests. The 29 blinds we selected arrived quickly, expertly packaged, and exactly accurate to the order. A few blinds arrived with the little buttons popped out from the bottom rail, but otherwise were in good shape. Installation was very easy, and the blinds look great.
