Installation: I installed my own blinds! The bottom has strings hanging down. The cords are way too light for the weight of the shades. The pulls come apart and strings release when raising shades. Installation: I installed my own blinds! This was one of the best buying experiences I have had on the Internet. The blinds were delivered on time, but only because their customer service department discovered an error we had made in the shipping addess and called me personally to get it corrected. I have never seen such attention to detail and followup from an Internet based company before. Even better, the blinds were exactly as advertised. I highly recommend this company!
