Installation: I installed my own blinds! Shades arrived in good shape, and work as expected. The only negative was the exclusion of the small link so I could adjust the chain length. I called customer service and they sent me some very quickly. These shades are easy to install if you have basic skill with a cordless drill. I had to shim both sides a 1/4 inch other than that they are a great product victor benton, KS not happy with amount of time it took to receive this product all due to a wrong ship to address it took 2 weeks from initial shipping date to receive the product, otherwise a very good quality product. Installation: I installed my own blinds! Could not have been happier with this purchase. The ease of installation was excellent. From the time I got the box in the house, to complete installation was less that 20 minutes. The blinds came in the exact measurement that I needed. It does exactly what it is supposed to. I put these in my office at home to keep the sun out of my eyes in the afternoons, and it works perfect. Blocks out almost all light, but yet you can still see out of them.
