Installation: I hired a professional installer. We installed the Kitchen shade and it is wonderful. However the one we ordered for my son's bedroom is missing a part or has a broken piece on the end that attaches to the bracket. It will need to be replaced as I cannot install it as it is. Installation: I installed my own blinds! The products are good. my second order was a duplicate of the first order. however blinds chalet website to confirm was down that day. i confirmed with the rep on the phone. my order ended up the same size blinds, but a shade different color and weave. either that, or it was misboxed. the size was the same, which was good as we have odd size windows in the office. we didn't notice the difference until it was already installed. since most people won't notice, we chose to keep the second blind. vickie bay city, TX | (888) 633-7840 M-F 6am to 5pm Sat 6am to 3pm PST
