Installation: I installed my own blinds! I just want to say THANK YOU to this fabulous company. We had a 74 inch long shade and it was a little heavy for the string. After a couple months, the string ended up snapping inside the mechanism. I called Blinds Chalet and within a day they had my shade sent back to the manufacture for repair. They stand by their product and have awesome customer service. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. I would definitely recommend buying all window treatments through here! Installation: I installed my own blinds! I ordered this shade in taupe for a 73.5" x 63.5" window. I could not be happier with the quality and looks of this shade! Being that our window is so big it is a little heavy to pull up but haven't had any issues! It's great quality and does what it is supposed to do! Prior to purchasing it I had spoken with a customer service rep and she was also very helpful! Make sure you order samples before hand though so you can see the true colors of the fabric!! I'm glad we did! I would have never thought taupe for my room and that is what we ended up with! I LOVE it! Great work Blinds Chalet! I am pleasantly suprised with these shades!!
