Installation: I installed my own blinds! These shades are exactly as advertised. They give excellent privacy and do a great job of keeping out drafts from windows on cold snowy nights. Even though I have energy efficient windows ( house built 2007), when it is cold and windy the window gets cold and causes local convection cooling and perceived drafts around the windows. Installation: I installed my own blinds! This is so cool. I want one for all my windows now. My husband installed the blind in under an hour and it looks fabulous. SHANNON BOISE, ID Blinds worked well, the endcaps however were not inserted properly causing creasing of the blinds at the top. Aug 9 2012
Installation: I installed my own blinds! Blinds worked well, the endcaps however were not inserted properly causing creasing of the blinds at the top. I removed the end caps and uncreased the blinds, then re-inserted the end caps. Blinds seemed really thin, not sure how this compares to other blinds since this is the first time I got them.
