Installation: I installed my own blinds! This is the second time I have ordered from Blinds Chalet. The first time, about a year ago, I ordered 3 blinds and they were all perfect. This time the blind arrived and did not have the blackout liner I had ordered. I called customer service and they sent an email and asked me to download a photo of the blind. I did, and another blind was made and shipped to me in a short time. Nobody's perfect, but they made things right without any fuss or hassle. I will definitely order from Blinds Chalet again. Installation: I installed my own blinds! Great price and easy installation! Wood shades were more beautiful than expected! Although we had a problem with one of the five, a call to customer service resulted in a replacement shade sent to us in a timely fashion. Customer service was great! I saved a BUNCH by going with Blinds Chalet instead of another quote that was more than 100% what we paid. One observation, blinds can tend to have too much glue causing it to show through the front.
