I have not yet figured out how to rectify this. Otherwise I like the blinds very much. I am rating average based on my above comment, otherwise I am very pleased. Installation: I installed my own blinds! We are very pleased with our shades. It was the last thing we needed to complete our bathroom remodel. The only down side is that you can kind of see the metal clamps on top of the blinds that attach the blinds to the wall.
