Installation: I installed my own blinds! I enjoy the quality of the blinds that we received, but was dissapointed that the detail of the pull string was missed and was in the wrong place on 2/4 of the blinds that I ordered. Additionally the cords were set up in a way that the blind is uneven when I let them down. With some playing around with it, we were able to fix it. Installation: I installed my own blinds! I ordered cocoa color cordless bottom-up/top down for the bedroom. The option to 1/8 inch makes for a perfect fit. Downside was not the blind, but the framing of my window, which has a lot of cut in designs. Barely a glow of light on the sides, but that is due to the window frame, not the blind. Once they were installed, I was so excited how crisp and clean the look of the whole room was. As for the ordering process- could not be easier.
