Installation: I installed my own blinds! I installed 4 of these blinds in my bedroom. They are very easy to slide up and down and look great. If you want really good room darkening then don't do a "inside" mount. The clearance you have to have on the sides allows the light to come in. I would have liked to have a more true white color but I understand that in order to make them room darkening the material that is used has a gray tone to it, not a true white. Installation: I installed my own blinds! Overall happy with purchase and a good value. Suggestions for improvements: I measured exactly, but I think they were cut a size too small and allowed a little too much room. Installation: I installed my own blinds! These definately take care of the "too much light" in the bedroom. I wasn't able to get the color I wanted due to my time restraints, but the color I chose was ok too. Next time I will spend a little more money and get the more finished valance.
