Installation: I installed my own blinds! From the beginning to the end of this purchase, I am 100% satisfied! Blind Chalet's website is so easy to navigate. When I called customer service in advance of my order to get some questions answered, I was greeted with a warm reception and all of my question were answered to perfection. My biggest question was why the blinds were so inexpensive. I was concerned that I might be compromising quality for price. But because the seller has little overhead, the savings is passed onto us consumers. The blinds arrived on time. Having installed blinds in the past, I measured the openings myself (very easy just measure the inside dimensions). I installed them with ease. I was provided with the precise parts with each blind. When the install was completed, I was thoroughly pleased with the operation of the blinds and their appearance. My only recommendation would be for Blinds Chalet to include installation instructions for the first timers (I didn't need them because as I said, I have installed similar blinds in the past but I used instructions my first time). The other caution I would make (and the Blind Chalet should put a warning in their packaging) is that the open ends of the blinds have very sharp edges (I cut myself twice during this installation). I have added Blinds Chalet to my favorites list and will surely order from them again. I have two older sets of blinds that I got from another vendor that have broken.
