Blinds are great looking, packaging was great, and time for delivery was faster than expected. Installation was quick and easy. The problem that I encountered was that all of the blinds except one arrived with the piece that operates the tilt of the blinds came out during shipping and did not work properly. I had to remove the blind and reset the position of the string before reinstalling it with the necessary repair but it works fine now.

We ordered several blinds and all of them arrived within 4 days!!! The quality and color are outstanding. You can not beat their prices anywhere, we looked at local hardware stores (lowes, Home depot etc.) and searched the internet and Blinds Chalet is the cheapest by far! The blinds were cut to perfection, no gaps on either side and they look like realistic wood! We are very happy and will be back in the future! I would highly recommend purchasing your blinds from Blinds Chalet!

I got my blinds very quickly. They didn't come with directions on how to put them up but if was very easy to figure out. I would definitely order again.
