We did have a miss-cut blind,(it was on a 35 blind order)_ and all we had to do was send a picture of the bad one, and they replaced it free of charge. That is customer service. I have been shopping for custom blinds for my house for 2 years and was always stymied by the $300+ price tag....then I found Blinds Chalet. $175 for 2 sets?!?! You have to be kidding me! They were delivered within the week, made to order, were easy to put up (well, my husband looked like he was having an easy time :>) and they look great! Thank you, Blinds Chalet. Installation: I installed my own blinds! I am impressed with Blinds Chalet for several reasons. It was easy and very good instructions on how to measure for my blinds. Because I didn't have a big budget, I expected not such great quality of blinds but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the look of the blinds for that price. I priced other blinds out and these were by far the best quality and price I found, plus free shipping is always great! The product shipped very quickly, which was important to me and the installation, was so easy. I would definitely recommend Blinds Chalet to my friends and family.
