Installation: I hired a professional installer. These are the most wonderful blinds I could have purchased! I purchased the very same blinds and could not remember where I purchased them from. I looked on the blind and thank goodness there was a logo sticker on the blinds from Blinds Chalet. I then called the company as I couldn't find my account. I had used a different email address and we got that all figured out and was able to make a new account and place a new order with the very same blinds that I ordered in the past for different windows.
