Installation: I installed my own blinds! They were exactly what I was expecting. Easy to install and they look great! We had an issue with Fedex severely damaging one of the blinds. I took photos of the box before opening and of the damaged blinds. I emailed the images to the company and called a representative. They sent out a replacement blind very quickly. Installation: I hired a professional installer. Quality product and beautifully made. Outstanding customer service via internet and telephone - these folks know what they are doing....and are delightful to do business with - especially Stacey - she follows through with all questions and has the patience of a saint...had seven blinds to order and not only did she work with me (patiently..)on the phone (had a very wide but short window to figure out) she actually entered the order for all seven blinds for me while to make sure there were no errors - fantastic company...had purchased two blinds from them two years ago and came back to them because of gorgeous finished product and customer service - also, my installer said the packaging was extremely professional - everything in the package was well protected and no missing parts!!!....bvs, N.
