They were easy to install, the only problem was that one of the mounting frames was about 1/8" too long for my window. We received the wrong color and the blind was damaged. You took care of the problem very quickly. The blinds look fantastic. What was in this apartment should have been destroyed years ago. Installation: I installed my own blinds! On Sepember 25, 2011, I purchased 2 "Wood Look" aluminum blinds from Blinds Chhalet. I needed 3 blinds but since I was uncomfortble with an unknown company, I only purchased 2 originally. I was most pleased when they arrive. My husband was pleasantly surprised at how lovely they looked in our wood trimmed den. Yesterday I purchased the remaining 3 that I needed and am exited about installing them in the rest of the house. Great product. Simple website. Very easy to us. Good job guys!!
