Installation: I installed my own blinds! Delivery was as promised. We did NOT receive the written or visual directions, but one quick phone call and the customer service rep. showed us how to get those off the internet website. The directions were a little hard to follow and my husband is an engineer, so you might want to improve the installation instructions offered with the product. The faux blinds themselves are great--they look wonderful and are a great value for the price. You just need to have someone better writing and drawing the directions for the installation. Still, your phone customer service people were super fast in solving the problem and very polite.
