Installation: I installed my own blinds! We love our new blinds! The blinds came quickly and on the first blind installation I figured out that the header had to protrude 1/8 inch to hang the cornice style valance. The cornice style valance really gives the blinds a professional quality look. Wow! The shipping communication needs to improve. We received 7 shipping e-mail notices over a week long period when in fact the whole shipment came on one single pallet. Turns out the shipping company was not the one on the notices so when I called the 1st shipping company they had no record of order.
