Installation: I installed my own blinds! Love the color and quality of the blinds. I did have to call and get the pin's at the bottom of the blinds. There was no problem. Installation: I installed my own blinds! We found the blind color to be perfect for us. We were not happy about there being no written instructions. A bit inconvenient to have to go on line. We have a split blind configuration and one side of the slats is not quite lined up with the other side. Other than that we are very happy with our purchase. Installation: I installed my own blinds! We had two issues with this order. 1. One of the balances was broken on arrival. The corner snapped off. Easy to fix ourselves but we didn't need them this time. 2. One of the blinds would not lock in position when trying to pull up or down. My husband was able to adjust but normally I would have called customer service. Overall, I was happy with the blinds. I've ordered from them in the past and never had an issue.
