Installation: I installed my own blinds! I bought the Golden Oak Express Wood blind for the master bedroom. It was packaged poorly from the manufacturer and arrived with damage because of this. I contacted Blinds Chalet, sent them a report with a picture of the damage and they in turn contacted the manufacturer and I was sent a replacement. Thank you for your response to this problem. However, the "wood" quality of the blind was inferior, the finish seems more like it has been painted rather than varnished, it is difficult to appreciate the wood grain through the paint.
