They are great quality and fast shipping. I have never been disappointed. Installation: I installed my own blinds! When ordering, I marked the box "inside" and somehow ended up all outside on my order. With this hindsight, my advise is to make a copy of your screen shot of how you ordered your blinds. You will get a confirmation email. Review that (I didn't) to assure it is as you ordered and call immediately if not. The blinds were mis ordered as outside so we had to cram them into the window boxes where they belonged. They stick out, but they do look pretty. They were quite the challenge to install, but I think that is in part to them not being ordered as I instructed. Considering, they look pretty rockin. Oh...one more note, one blind was totally missing and another shipped damaged (it was all wrapped up with a big ole dent in it clearly from factory!) Blindchallet took care of a speedy replacement for both blinds. The blinds work smoothly and look gorgeous in the windows. Suzanne Dallas, TX These blinds are just what I ordered. Jul 10 2010
Installation: I installed my own blinds! These blinds are just what I ordered. They look great on my window. I like the 2" slats, no holes and the installation was easy. Easy to clean. Only problem I see is the ends of blinds tend to go up higher than the middle. I bent the middle up and that took care of it.
