My husband put them up and the only hitch was that he needed flat-head screws in order to make the blinds slide back far enough in the top hinge to make it click into place. Easy install for my inside mount. Quality product, great price. The shades were fine, but the installation equipment did not work properly. Aug 16 2012 Measuring: I measured my own blinds! Installation: I installed my own blinds! The shades were fine, but the installation equipment did not work properly. The screws which were to be installed stuck out too far. This prevented the blind from being installed onto the installation bracket after attaching the installation bracket to the frame. I had to get my own screws with smaller heads and mount only two screws per bracket instead of four. |
