Blinds seem nice, but there were no installation instructions included in the first few boxes we opened. Ended up needing to call the company for instructions. Can't find anything regarding the warranty on the products I purchased. Was very disappointed that the metal casing of the header was white verses the same matching metal color at the base of the blinds. Also, I wasn't expecting the silver metal brackets used to hang the blinds to be so visable.We could not be more satisfied with the service and quality of your product. We could not be more satisfied with the service and quality of your product. The price was by far less than we could obtain locally, the shipping was free and the quality is greater than we hoped for. If you could get some banners on other web sites you would need to hire more people to keep up with the orders. The public needs to know you are there and what you have to offer.Excellent color, fabric, and head rails. Excellent color, fabric, and head rails. Ran into 2 issues when one shade was crimped at top which made the shade difficult to raise and lower. Another shade was difficult to raise/lower also which caused a clear plastic piece to crack in the head rail. In ordering another shade, the replacement came with a different head rail and an insert that did not match in color. The head rail was supposed to be "premium with fabric insert". Problem is ongoing since the two replacements do not match the other six. My only other comment about the original shades is that when hung they do not fit tightly up into the window casing. You can see brackets/light from the tops of the windows. The head rails are the perfect color/style, so I was willing to live with this. The answer might be to redesign the bracket--perhaps a side mount that the shade fits into instead of a redesign of the head rail and bracket. The original brackets and the replacement brackets are not interchangeable. Perhaps a side bracket would accommodate all the shades. In explanation of following ratings, I would like to say that the plastic piece in the head rail should not have broken after just a few weeks up on one shade and the changing of the head rail without changing the web site to notify customers would have alerted me to send shade back for repair instead of purchasing a new shade that does not match others in the room. Also, the replacement of the damaged shade came with the different head rail, so somewhere there is a communication breakdown. Why would the manufacturer send the wrong replacement when the original order was for 6 of the same.On the positive, while this has taken very long to remedy ( still waiting ), Nancy in customer service has been extrememly helpful in her attempt to bring closure to these issues.All in all, the Express shades downstairs-15-- are perfect. When the upatairs windows are finished, ( hopefully), they will complete the rooms beautifully--6 windows and one sliding glass door.Very happy with the color and how easy these were to install.
