Meritage Homes begins building model of energy-efficient production homes

One of the United States' largest homebuilders has begun construction on a model home in Las Vegas that they believe will be the greenest production home ever built in Sin City. Meritage Homes' design will be deconstructed so that consumers can see all of the energy-saving features that will be incorporated into their new homes.

Meritage Homes will put on a display of their new technology for media and interested consumers on Friday, February 11 at the Northern Terrace at Providence master-planned community in Centennial Hills.
