"We're in a place in our lives where we're ready for adventure," resident Piper Lauri Salogga told the news provider. "We knew we'd do something with the basement. It took us two years of sowing our own oats in the space before we were ready."

The basement unit has a front room with a fireplace included, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom, along with closets and other storage areas. They have completely furnished the area so that renters will feel at home and to improve the value of the space.
