Also I found the instructions for the installation to be wholly inadequate. The web site was no help either. I tried to call support but they are closed by 6:00 PM and all weekend. By the way, when (which day of the week) do you suppose most of the installations are preformed?

I am impressed with Blinds Chalet for several reasons. It was easy and very good instructions on how to measure for my blinds. Because I didn't have a big budget, I expected not such great quality of blinds but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the look of the blinds for that price. I priced other blinds out and these were by far the best quality and price I found, plus free shipping is always great! The product shipped very quickly, which was important to me and the installation, was so easy. I would definitely recommend Blinds Chalet to my friends and family.
