What are venesian blinds or venetian blinds?

Venetian blinds are window blinds usually mounted inside the window frame. Designed to block light and provide privacy. Venesian blinds are horizontal blinds or slatted blinds such as wood blinds or faux wood blinds. Each slat is connected with cords used to raise and lower the blinds as well as tilt the blinds.

Wood blinds or wooden blinds are made of real wood slats while faux wood blinds are made of synthetic materials made to resemble real wood.

Mini blinds are also classified as venetian blinds. Mini blinds can be use to describe just about any window blinds but are most commonly used to describe aluminum blinds.
