Energy Saving Blinds & Shades - Cell Shades

Q:
We live in Santa Fe, New Mexico in a home with a LOT of West and Southwest exposure. What are the best blinds for keeping heat/light out in summer and keeping heat in in winter? We had triple cell blinds but these went out with a remodel and must now replace.
A:
We offer many comparable honeycomb cell shades although we do not have any triple cell shades. Our top insulating shades would be our Comfortrack honeycomb cell shades. They offer additional sidetracks to seal the edges between the window frame and the cell shades. This added barrier provides greater insulation and saves on energy bills. Choose from either our light filtering or blackout Comfortrack cell shades.

If cell shades are not your thing, shop our fusion roman shades. Fusion shades offer a cell shade liner hidden behind a roman shade. This window shade offers the look and style of roman shades with the added insulation of a honeycomb shade.
