How do top down/bottom up cordless cell shades attach to the window?

Cordless top down bottom up shades attach using metal brackets to the window frame. At the top of the shades is a headrail that contains the lift mechanism. This headrail is permantly fixed to the window frame as it snaps into the brackets. With top down bottom up shades there is a second headrail that is attached to the top of the fabric. When the shades are lowered from the top down, this second headrail lowers with the shade. There will be visible cords running from the headrail that is permanently attached to the top of the window and the second headrail attached to the top of the fabric as the shade is lowered.
