Metallic Blinds - Aluminum Silver Blinds

Is the "transparent aluminum" 1" metallic blinds actually transparent or see-thru? And is the Mercury Silver bumpy textured?

The color Transparent Aluminum in our metallic aluminum blinds is not a see through or transparent blind but rather a clear coat or transparent coat of finish applied to the mini blinds. This clear coat allows the natural color of the aluminum show for metallic blinds.

The color Mercury Silver is an actual paint finish applied to the blinds with a metallic coat giving the blinds a speckled. The Mercury Silver finish is a flat coat and is not textured but smooth to the touch.

Both colors create metallic looking blinds. The colors are close, both offering a brushed aluminum look but they are slightly different. We recommend ordering free samples of both colors to see the difference.
