Each of our blinds and shades are custom made to your specifications. You can expect them to arrive approximately 2 to 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Standard shipping is UPS or FedEx ground.

	Lift Cord The lift cord is used to raise and lower the blinds. This option allows you to select the position of the cord on the blinds.
	Tilt Cord/Wand The tilt cord or wand is used to open and close the blind slats. This option allows you to select the position of the tilt control on the blinds. The tilt control varies by product whether it is a cord or wand type control.

The box they came in was crushed on one end and the end cap was half torn out. I checked them right away and found that the blinds inside survived the abuse though. It has been about a month since they arrived and I finally found the time today to hang them. They went up easily and look good.

The blinds look very good. They came with all required hardware and clear installation instructions. I installed each of them in about 20 minutes. Because product arrived one week later than promised, I was refunded the full cost. Regardless, they are a good value for their price based on comparisons with local stores. I am impressed by BlindsChalet's standing behind their promises.
